The famous rest zone of Vadul lui Voda is situated 25 km far from Chisinau, on the right bank of the Nistru river. The area of this zone is approximately 580 ha.  Almost all territory consists of Nistru Park.  For a few decades Vadul lui Voda is the favorite place of residents.

In the few “steps” from beach, thorough the rustling of the oaks’ and poplars’ leafs is situated the new modern villa Chişla Nouă.  The idea to construct Villa has appeared in 2004.

The founders of the Villa had a big goal to create all condition for comfortable rest in combination with Moldovan traditions.

Chişla Nouă – is the first name of the Chisinau, in this way this reminds about the capital and country history.
